Paradox and Silver walked through the Ponyville market place. He pushed the carriage where both twins were snuggled against one another. Silver was looking at produce as Paradox stood and rocked the carriage back and forth to keep the foals asleep when a couple mares came up to him. He didn’t notice them until they were right next to him.

“Hello Paradox.” One mare said softly to him, while the other mare was blushing a lot.

He looked at the two mares. “Hey.” He said as he kept moving the carriage, his ears suddenly went up when he saw that the gray mare that said hello to him was the one that called him a monster several years ago. “What do you want Blitz?” He asked as he looked away from her.blitz

“I was wondering how you were? I haven’t seen you for… forever.” She said sweetly.

“Like you care.” He said as he looked around for his wife. “Can’t you see I’m busy?”

Blitz looked at him pushing the carriage back and forth. “I heard you’re a father…” She looked into the carriage and gasped.

Blitz’s friend looked into the carriage too as she let out a soft ‘aww’. “They’re beautiful.”

“Wow, Paradox… they look so cute.” Blitz said. “I didn’t…”

His eye started to twitch as he tried to keep calm. “You didn’t what? Didn’t think a monster could produce something as beautiful as these two?” He snapped. “Go away Blitz… leave me, my children and my wife alone.”

Blitz looked up at him with her eyes wide. “I…” She bit her bottom lip and suddenly trotted away.

Her friend looked at him for a moment then followed her friend. “Blitz… Wait up.”

Silver came up after she heard him raise his voice. “Doxy, what is wrong?” She looked in the carriage and saw the foals still sleeping. “What happened?”

He smiled at Silver. “Nothing to make you worry my love, just getting rid of a pest.” He kissed her softly on the lips. “If I hadn’t told you yet… You’re beautiful.”

Sliver blushed. “Aww, you told me that this morning.”

“I’m telling you again.” He grinned. “Did you find us some fresh vegetables?”

She nodded. “Yes and I found some leeks. I want to make some soup with them. Very fresh leeks too.”

He looked at her. “What are leeks?”

“Big mild tasting onions.” She said cheerfully.

He blinked. “Oh, alright then. So a soup made with leeks, sounds adventurous.” He grinned. “Let’s go to Sugar Cube Corner. Pinkie Pie has been wanting to see Selene and Solana.”

They walked to Sugar Cube Corner.

Sprinkle Icing was placing cakes in the display cases while Pound Cake watched her from the table. “Sprinkle, you’re putting them in there wrong.” He said.

“Don’t tell me how to do this Pound, I know what I am doing. Have you finished studying for flight academy?” Sprinkle asked as she looked at him.

Pound Cake looked at her guiltily. “Oh… I knew I forgotten to do something today…” He suddenly flew into the back room.

Silver Dash walked into the store and Sprinkle looked up and smiled. “Silver!”

“Hey Sprinkle.” Silver said as she opened the door for Paradox and the carriage.

“OH! You brought the foals!” Sprinkle giggled.

“Did some pony say foals?” Pinkie Pie peeked into the room from the kitchen. She saw Paradox and Silver and she bounced into the room. “Let me see!”

Silver was blushing as she pushed the carriage over for Pinkie to look in.

Pinkie looked in and she seemed to about to suddenly burst from emotions welling up.

Sprinkle saw her mother turning a deeper pink. “Mom… breathe.”

Pinkie let out a small squeal as she looked at the foals. It didn’t bother the foals but Paradox started to shake his head and rub his ears. “Oh a supersonic squeal.”

“They are so adorable!” Pinkie Pie said. “Can I hold one? Please…”

“Of course Pinkie.” Paradox picked up Selene held her for a moment, kissed her then handed her to Pinkie. “This one is Selene.”

Pinkie looked at the little bundle. “Oh, she’s so cute. I wish I could have a grandbaby.” She glanced up at Sprinkle.

Sprinkle Icing blinked at her mother. “Mom…”

The cake was small and decorated beautifully. Pinkie Pie looked at it proudly. “Sprinkle, you’ve out done yourself!”pinkiecake

“Silver Dash requested it for her mother.” Sprinkle said proudly.

“The colors really match her personality.” Pinkie inspected it. “Rainbows all over and… a couple pacifiers on the top. Wait…” You could literally see the wheels in Pinkie’s brain working. “Does this mean?”

She watched her mom and waited for her to say it. “Hmm?”

“Paradox and Silver are expecting?”

“Yes.” Sprinkle nodded.

She let out a squeal of happiness. “Two? Twins? Please be twins… please.” Pinkie giggled.

“They don’t know yet…” She said to her mom. “I just thought two pacifiers looked good.”

The door of Sugar Cube Corner gave a small chime. “I’m coming.” Pinkie said and walked out.

Paradox was standing and waiting. Pinkie grinned at him. “Para… dox…”

He grinned at her she noticed that he looked little different but didn’t care. “Pinkie… Pie.” He replied back.

“Gonna tell your Auntie Pinkie something?” She said with a huge grin.

He casually looked around. “Hmm, no I don’t think so.”

She bounced over to him. “Dox, tell me… please!”

He watched Pinkie Pie bounce. “Pinkie, I’ve always wondered something…”

She stopped mid bounce. “Ask me anything! What is it?”

“You’re random and almost chaotic.” He paused for a moment and looked at her. “How come you and dad never hooked up?”

Pinkie fell on the ground and looked at Paradox. “Wow! You surprised me with that question. Very out of left field there Dox.”

He nodded. “I’m curious is all… You don’t have to tell me.”

Pinkie Pie stood up slowly and looked at him. “You are trying to distract me… I know your ploy!” She grinned again. “You are not going to distract me! Tell me if it’s true… Are you and Silver expecting?”

Paradox looked at her for a long moment. “Expecting what?”

Sprinkle Icing came out of the back carrying a cake box, she placed it on the counter. “Paradox, she already knows, just tell her.”

“Yes, Pinkie. Silver and I are expecting a little one.”

“Just… one?” Pinkie asked.

“I guess so, I don’t know.” He muttered as he walked over to the counter. “How much do I owe for the cake?”

“You should bring Silver over for lunch some time. I want to see her.” Pinkie giggled as she operated the register and told him the total.

“Alright Pinkie, but today we’re having lunch with Rainbow Dash.” He placed bits on the counter paying her. He picked the box up. “See you ladies later.” He then disappeared.

“Paradox looked so…” Sprinkle started to say and was interrupted by her mother.

“Sexy.” Pinkie finished.

Sprinkle blushed. “Mom!”

Pinkie Pie looked at her daughter. “What?”

“You’re old enough to be his mother!” Sprinkle made a face.

“Duh!” Pinkie said. “Doesn’t mean I can’t look.” She hopped out of the room and back into the kitchen. Sprinkle shook her head and realized she was still blushing… because what her mother said was true, he was sexy.

“Where is the bride and groom?” Pinkie and Sprinkle said in unison. Both mother and daughter were pacing opposite one another as they waited.

“Don’t worry so much.” Fluttershy said as she held Snafu and watched Pinkie and Sprinkle pace. “They know about the reception. They’ll be here.”

Twilight helped Celestia walk into the ballroom. “Just sit here Princess, I’ll be right back with some tea for you.”

Luna walked over to her sister. “How are thee?”

Celestia looked at her sister. “I could be better. I shouldn’t have let you and Twilight talk me into coming to the wedding. I’m exhausted by just sitting up.”

“’Tis was best ye had been here. The ponies respect thee and seeing thee has made them less frightened on the future of the kingdom.” Luna stated as she sat with her sister. “Discord has been a good replacement until thou returns. There was never a doubt that ye would return.”

“There wasn’t? Twilight told me that she thought she’d almost lost me.” Celestia said.

“Twilight is very excitable sister. Is one of the reasons why we didn’t choose her for thou’s replacement.” Luna said calmly. “In a few more years, she may be a better choice.”

Celestia nodded as she looked at Twilight as she came back to the table. “I agree with you Luna.”

Twilight Sparkle was looking at the main ballroom, it was decorated immaculately. She glanced over and saw Princess Luna in her ceremonial dress and she was telling the guards where to stand.

Twilight rearranged the chairs again. Making sure they were organized precisely where they should be. She saw the doors open and Pinkie Pie bounced in, followed by Apple Jack and Rarity. Twilight waved them over to her.

“Darling this place looks absolutely divine.” Rarity beamed.

Apple Jack was last to join them because she was talking to Apple Bloom and Big Mac and telling them where she was going to be sitting. She walked to Twilight and her other friends. “Crispin being part of the ceremony makes me feel so proud.” She said.

“About as exciting as Sprinkle Icing being the maid of honor.” Pinkie giggled. “It’s almost as if she’s the one getting married.”

“Actually, AJ, I’m glad that your brother is here.” Twilight spoke up.

Apple Jack blinked. “Huh? Why’s that?”

“He needs to be a part of the ceremony.” Twilight stated. “Go get him we have a tuxedo to put him in.”

“Yer gonna have to explain this to me later Twi.” AJ muttered as she went over to her brother.

Big Mac looked at his sister after she talked to him. He shook his head, but Apple Bloom nudged him. He sighed and approached Twilight and the others. “Ya want me?”bigmacintosh

Twilight nodded. “Yes.” She waved to a guard. The guard approached. “Take Big Macintosh to the changing rooms. Follow the guard Mac. We need you to give the bride away. Rainbow Dash is way too emotional to do it.”

“Um, yeah but why me?” He asked.

“Silver Dash is requested you.” Twilight stated. “That is all I know.”

He gulped as he followed the guard.

The kitchen of Sugar Cube Corner Sprinkle Icing came bouncing into the room. “Mom! Mmmoooommmmmm!!!!!!!”

Pinkie blinked at her daughter as she placed a cake on the counter to cool. “Sprinkle!? What!? What is it? Did Timmy fall down the well? What is it girl? Speak!”

Sprinkle Icing stopped and looked at her mother curiously. “What?”

Pinkie started to giggle and snorted. “Nothing. Tell me what is going on.”

“Guess what? You will never guess in a thousand trillion years!” Sprinkle gasped out loudly.

“Silver Dash asked you to be her maid of honor in her wedding.” Pinkie Pie guessed.

“No! Umm… Yes… Mom… How did you know that?” Sprinkle still didn’t know how her mother had the strange ability to predict and guess things accurately.

“Pinkie sense. I told you that a million times. Sheesh Sprinkle, you’d think you would’ve learned by now.” Pinkie Pie started to mix up some icing. “When is the wedding?”

Sprinkle sat down and put her chin on the counter as she watched her mother mix the icing up. “Why don’t you guess that too?”

Pinkie Pie stared at her daughter. “I’m not a psychic.”

Her daughter groaned and sank down to the floor. “Oh sometimes I wonder if I was adopted.”

“Don’t be silly.” Pinkie said. “Just because your dad decided that he wanted to go back north to seek out some new type of crystal and leave me here to raise you by myself… doesn’t mean you’re adopted.” She walked over to her daughter and sat down next to her. “I am happy you get to be part of the wedding. That means I get to help with the reception and make the wedding cake!”

Sprinkle smiled at her mother. “You can see the bright side of everything.”

Pinkie nodded and gave her daughter a hug. “Smiling helps. Is Crispin going to be in the wedding too?”

Sprinkle Icing leaned against her mom. “I’m not sure yet. Paradox hasn’t asked any pony to be his best pony. I hope it is Crispin.”

“Sprinkle… why didn’t you tell me that you liked him? I’m good at keeping secrets.” Pinkie Pie smiled.

Sprinkle smiled and looked away. “I only thought he liked me because I made cookies.”

Pinkie looked at her. “You are more than cookies to that stallion.” She beeped her on the muzzle. “Now come on Sprinkle, help me put icing on the cake. Then we’ll talk about the wedding and what sort of party we can throw for the bride.”

“The celebration can start now, because I am here.” Discord said as he walked into Sugar Cube Corner with Fluttershy. Every pony looked at him and Lilly started to snicker at her father.

“Discord, your son hasn’t gotten here yet, you might as well sit down.” Twilight said sharply.

“Kind of grumpy today Twilight?” He asked as he walked over to the table with the cakes and sweets. Fluttershy walked over to her friends and sat in a chair next to Rainbow Dash and started to chat with her.

Rainbow Dash was biting on her lower lip as she sat in her chair. She looked at Fluttershy and gave a weak smile. “What if Silver says no?”

“Um, don’t worry about it Rainbow, everything will be okay.” Fluttershy said quietly to her friend. “Doxy is a good boy… Silver really does enjoy being around him.”

Discord strolled over to the empty seat next to Fluttershy as he carried a plate full of food and he set it in front of Fluttershy. “Little mommy needs to eat more food, growing babies need nibbles.” He cooed to her.dinnerdiscord

Rainbow Dash, Pinkie and Twilight all looked at Fluttershy. “You’re pregnant again?” They asked in unison.

Fluttershy squeaked and hid her face behind her mane and Discord grinned proudly. “Yes, she is.”

Apple Jack walked in followed by Rarity who was wearing another one of her elegant gowns.

Apple Jack saw her son Crispin sitting really close to Sprinkle Icing and she smiled. “Hey Crispin, I see you got yer chores finished. Well done.” She walked to where her friends were sitting. “Hey Twi, Rainbow, Fluttershy, Pinkie and Discord.” Twilight and Rainbow were still looking at Fluttershy but Pinkie waved at Apple Jack.

“Hey AJ!” Pinkie Pie giggled. “Guess what I saw.”

“Tell me.” Apple Jack said.

“Crispin and Sprinkle Icing kissed.” Pinkie blurted out. “And Fluttershy is pregnant again.”

Apple Jack blinked a couple times. “Whoa, Crispin actually kissed yer daughter? I’m more shocked than a barrel full of electric eels.” She looked over at Crispin; Sprinkle Icing was leaning against him with a smile on her face. “And what is this news about Fluttershy?” She said as she looked over to Discord and Fluttershy.

“Apparently Fluttershy is pregnant again.” Twilight answered as she saw Fluttershy get embarrassed again.

“Again?” Rarity said in shock as she approached them. “Oh dear, you think you can handle another foal at your age? Your own children are having children.”

Fluttershy looked at her friends. “I um… Well, I don’t know.” She squeaked again when Discord placed his paw on her shoulder.

“I don’t think it’s a matter of her age. I can keep an eye on her. She’s perfectly healthy and we have the best doctor in all of Equestria that watches over my whole family.” Discord interjected.

“True, your doctor is one of the best in Equestria.” Twilight nodded. “We just worry about you.”

“I’ll be alright.” Fluttershy replied.

“Yay! You made it!” Pinkie Pie yelled as she saw her daughter’s friends walk into the store. Crispin stepped back when Pinkie plowed into Apple Bloom. “Sprinkle Icing had been working at this party all morning. With a little help from me.”

Sprinkle Icing was decorating a cake as she looked at her mother and saw Crispin standing to the side. Her eyes widened as a smile spread on her face. She loved seeing Crispin; he always made her happy. “Mom… We have to get this ready before Dox and Silver come.” She waved to Crispin.

“Okay! Apple Bloom can you help me in the kitchen? I’m working on apple turnovers and you’re the best advisor on them.” Pinkie giggled as she pulled Apple Bloom into the kitchen.

“Crispin! Come here, I need you to see this.” Sprinkle Icing grinned as she put another rose on the cake she was decorating. Crispin walked over and looked at the cake. “What do you think?” she asked.

Crispin looked at it and looked at Sprinkle. “It’s beautiful.” He whispered.

She smiled with his answer. “Great! Thank you. I worked hard on it.” She looked up at him and saw he was staring at her. “Oh, do I have something on my muzzle?” She looked at her muzzle cross-eyed.

“Yep.” Crispin said and kissed her muzzle quickly and turned his face away as he felt his ears burning.

Sprinkle Icing blinked in surprise. “Crispin?”

He looked at her. “Hmm?”

She had a blush running over her cheeks. “You kissed me.” She whispered as she looked at him.

He nodded. “Yep. I’d do it again if ya want me to.”

Sprinkle was about to reply when the bell on the door rang. LillyRose and Zero walked in. “Lilly!” Sprinkle waved to her friend and Crispin blushed as Sprinkle turned her attention away from him.

“Sprinkle! Crispin! I’m so glad to see you two!” Lilly said as she went to them.

Sprinkle looked at Lilly. “Oh my goodness! You’re preggers!” She hugged Lilly and looked at Zero. “You’re the one…” She hugged him and Zero looked at her in shock and uncertainty.

Lilly smiled. “Yeah Zero is one of Dad’s guards. He’s also my husband. Zero this is my good friend Sprinkle Icing and that big shy unicorn there is Crispin Apple.”

Zero suddenly bowed to Sprinkle Icing and Crispin. “It’s a pleasure to meet friends of my lovely wife.”

“Oh, he’s so adorable.” Sprinkle Icing squealed.

Crispin just stood there sizing Zero up. Zero went over to Lilly and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek.

“Lilly when are you due?” Sprinkle asked.

“Well…” Lilly trotted over to her friend and they started to talk about foals and girl things. Zero went to a table and started to look at all the items upon it. Cakes, candies, treats and several snacks.

Crispin walked up to Zero. “How were ya able to do it?”

Zero looked at Crispin. “Excuse me?”

“Lilly can be very moody and she was notorious for being unable to keep a boyfriend past one date, how were ya able to accomplish what others couldn’t?” It was the most Crispin had said in a long time.

“Apparently those others didn’t know that Lilly is as beautiful inside as she is outside. She’s more than beautiful; she’s my love eternal. I know that doesn’t really answer your question but I know how I feel about her.”

Crispin nodded. “So ya ended up dating?”

“Well, um it is a little complicated. I was Lilly’s guard, and I kind of fell for her charms.” He smiled as if remembering. “So tell me about yourself and life in Ponyville.”

Crispin looked at Zero. “Um well, it’s Ponyville and I’m a unicorn, my ma is an earth pony. We live on Sweet Apple Acres.”

“Oh? I’m an earth pony.” Zero stated.

Crispin leaned over and looked at Zero’s wings. “Uh huh… ya don’t look like no earth pony.”

Zero blinked and suddenly flapped his wings. “Oh these, heh… Lilly gave them to me.”

The unicorn’s eyes widened. “She magiced them on ya? Oh! I need to learn that.” Crispin looked over at Lilly and saw her gesturing to Sprinkle about her pregnancy as she rubbed her swollen belly. He noticed that Sprinkle suddenly looked over at him and he blushed as he looked away.

“Crispin?” Zero asked.

He looked at Zero. “Yeah?”

“If you like Sprinkle so much you really should tell her.”

“Is it that obvious?” he asked. “Some pony I just met can see it. I’m afraid she’d reject me.”

Zero looked over at his wife and Sprinkle. “She definitely won’t reject you. That mare wants you.” Zero smirked. “Believe me. I’ve seen that look before.”

Crispin blinked. “Yer not the first pony to say that. Paradox said I should tell her too.”

“So what’re you waiting for?” Zero replied.

“I’m not good with my words.”

“My brother in law and I don’t always get along, but he’s right. So what’re you waiting for?” Zero replied. “Go up and tell her.”

Sprinkle came prancing over to them. “You two are being quiet. Lilly and I think that maybe you two are up to no good being quiet and whispering.”

Zero was surprised by the insinuation of being up to no good. “I’m a loyal guard, I am usually not up to no good.”

“Unless you are with me in bed.” Lilly said.

He blinked at Lilly as his ears turned red. “What? Lilly! Stop talking like that.” He put his head down as he felt his blush running over his face.

Crispin didn’t really say anything as he just stared at Sprinkle Icing. Zero suddenly nudged him in the side and Crispin stumbled forward. He stumbled up against Sprinkle muzzle to muzzle.

“Whoa Crispin are you ok?” Sprinkle Icing asked as she looked at him eye to eye.

Lilly saw how close Crispin and Sprinkle was. She looked at Zero who was smirking. “Oh.” She whispered as she went to Zero.

Crispin gulped as he stared at Sprinkle. “Sorry Sprinkle… I didn’t mean to bump into you.” He then moved back slightly, but before he could move too far away Sprinkle smiled and moved her muzzle up and kissed him. His ears perked up as his eyes widened in surprise he was about to step back when Sprinkle put her hooves around his neck as she kissed him deeper.

“What did I tell you?” Zero muttered as he and Lilly moved away to let Sprinkle and Crispin kiss.

Pinkie Pie and Apple Bloom walked out of the kitchen chatting when Pinkie noticed her daughter kissing Crispin. Her eyes widened and she squeaked when Apple Bloom placed her hoof over Pinkie’s mouth. “Don’t spoil the moment Pinkie.” She said.
