“Doxy, please relax.” Silver said to him as he paced back and forth in the living room.

“I am mad that Dad decided to teach the girls after I told him I didn’t want him to teach them anything.” He put his paws up.

“They just learned to fly Dox, it’s not like they know chaotic magic.” Silver said calmly as she walked into the kitchen.

“Silver!” Paradox went after her.

“Yes?” She asked as she started to take plates from the cupboard.

“What if he’s teaching them chaotic magic without my knowledge? I don’t want them to learn it. I never got the hang of it and I know it’s the reason that LillyRose is missing.” Paradox helped her by taking utensils out of the drawer.

“Are you really sure that is the reason?” Silver asked as she opened the oven and looked at the dinner that was cooking. It was vegetarian lasagna. “I think another ten minutes.” She said as she closed the oven.

Paradox sniffed the dinner and smacked his lips. “That smells so good.” He shook his head. “I am not sure… but I know it has to be a factor.”

“It’s not ready yet.” She said softly. “Maybe you should talk to your father about the girls again.”

“I have already told him not to teach them chaotic magic.”

“Ah, but you didn’t tell him not to teach them to fly.” She replied.Iseeu

He closed his eyes and let out a deep sigh. “Silver, you are too smart for your own good. You discovered the loophole and Dad has a clever way of finding loopholes and taking every advantage of it.” He kissed Silver on her cheek as he placed the utensils next to the plates she had put on the table.

“He is your father. You should talk to him Dox. You can’t stay mad at him forever; he has every right to be around the girls as your mother does.” Silver said as she bumped her hip against him.

Paradox nodded. “You’re right as always.” He shook his head. “There is a reason why I keep you around.”

“I thought it was because of the sex.” Silver smiled.

“That my love; is known as a perk.” He gave her a smirk and winked at her.

Silver went to the oven as she shook her head she pulled the lasagna out and set it on top to cool off. “Get the girls; dinner is ready.”

He saluted her. “Yes, Lieutenant Silver Dash.”

“Mother was right…” She muttered.

“Oh?” He paused before going out the door.

“You’re a smart aleck.”

He laughed as he went to get the twins.

The train stopped in Ponyville. Paradox stepped out and he put his paw out for Silver. She put her hoof in his paw and he assisted her out of the train.

“Da! Ma!” The twins said in unison as they both flew into their parent’s arms.

“Oh! You two are flying now!” Silver said as she hugged Solana.

“My little girls are getting so big.” Paradox said as he nuzzled Selene.welcomeshome

Rainbow Dash flew over to them. “Did you two have a good vacation?” She then tilted her head. “Paradox? Your wing is broken?” She had noticed the bandages around his wing.

He smirked. “Yeah, well that is a long story. I’ll tell you later.”

“Did you teach the twins how to fly?” Silver asked.

Rainbow Dash started to laugh. “Oh no… I walked into their room and they were sitting up on the highest point in the room. I actually thought you had taught them to fly before you two left, to surprise me.”

Paradox laughed. “No… Opportunity lost.” He looked at Selene as she hugged him. “You and Solana teach yourselves to fly?”

Selene looked at her sister then looked back at him. “Yes.”

“No.” Solana said. “Granspa Dissy taught us.”

Silver gulped and looked at Paradox. He slowly closed his eyes and then let out a breath he was holding in. “I am guessing you didn’t know about this?” He asked Rainbow Dash.

Rainbow shook her head. “I didn’t know. Sorry Paradox. I wouldn’t have allowed it unless you said it was okay.”

“It’s ok Mom.” Silver stated as she smiled. She took Selene from Paradox and held both twins.

“Yeah, it’s not your fault.” He stated as he tried to control the anger that was welling up inside of him. He sighed and looked at the twins. “I am so proud of you two. You fly really good too!”

The twins both smiled suddenly. “Thank you!” They both said and both flew at Paradox, tackle hugging him.

Paradox fell backwards with both girls in his arms. “Oh no! Attack of the cute girls!” They both hugged him as he flinched slightly from landing on his injured wing. “I love my girls…” He said softly. “Thanks for watching them Rainbow.”

“Hey it was my pleasure… They are my granddaughters… I got to spoil them.” She smiled.

The serpents were outside the house when Silver opened the door. She shut the door quickly and looked at Paradox. “Those creatures are outside.”

He nodded slowly. “I know. They insisted on speaking to you after you recovered.”

“I… Doxy, I’m scared.” She whispered.

He walked to her. “I’ll go with you.”

She opened the door again and both serpents looked over at them. Paradox placed his paw on her shoulder as they both walked out. The female spoke. “Is feel better? Sorry we be. You have strong mate.” She glanced up at Dox.

“I feel better yes. Paradox is very strong. I know.” Silver looked up at him. “He has always looked out for me.”

The other serpent slithered up. “What eat in past week? Was butter-berry in diet?”

She blinked. “Yes, I had butter-berries a few days ago.”

Both serpents nodded. “Is in crop of butter-berry. Will have to inform.”

Paradox swallowed. “I ate some too.”

The female serpent tilted her head. “Will need venom? I will bite. Kill parasite in case?”

His eyes widened and his ears went up. “What?”

She opened her mouth showing her sharp hypodermic teeth. “Venom?”

“Is there a better way? Like a drink or something? Nothing in my body can be eaten. That I am aware of.” Paradox put his paws up.

“You can give mate parasite again.” Silas hissed warningly.

Paradox looked at the serpents and then at Silver. Silver looked up at him with big eyes. He let out a huge sigh. “I don’t like this idea, but… alright.”

Sah seemed to grin as she moved up to him. “This hurt only little. May pass out.” She whispered as she drew back.

He cringed as she drew back and swiftly struck him in the neck. “AUGH! That hurt!” He growled as he put his paw on his neck.

“Well, Doxy you did break her wing.” Silver said.

“But… Her mate broke mine!” He exclaimed as he placed his paw on Silver’s back trying to steady himself. He shook his head as he tried to fight off the effects of the venom.

Silas looked at his mechanical claws. “Claws not know pressure strength. Sorry be me.”

“Uh huh.” Paradox said as he suddenly fell forward.

“Doxy?” Silver said as she looked at his body on the ground.

“No be scared. Just venom work through.” Sah replied.

Paradox explained everything to Silver.

“I… was pregnant?” Silver asked softly.

“If they were telling the truth.” He muttered as he nuzzled under her chin. “I hate that they did what they did… I…”

“What?” Silver whispered.

“I almost killed them Silver… I felt like my world was falling apart… I would have killed them and I would have… I would have…” He fell silent.

Silver felt his tears falling on her hoof. She pulled him against her. “I love you Doxy. I really love you. I am glad we are still together, alive and well.”

“Yes…” He said with a sob. “I love you Silver… I want you to be safe, I am sorry that this happened. I think it’s because I am who I am… I bring bad luck to you. I… am not worthy of you.”

“Dox, no… I don’t care that you think you are bad luck… It never will change the fact that I will love you forever.” She leaned against him. He put his arms around her as they sat in the bed holding each other.

Silver sat up quickly. “Doxy!”NOdoxy

The room was dark. She was in the soft bed of the house by the ocean. The sound of the surf was heard as she looked around in the darkness. “You should be sleeping.” He whispered.

She looked over and saw Paradox, he was sitting in a soft chair. “What happened?”

“We were attacked by two winged serpents.” He said softly. “One broke my wing while the other bit you. I thought she killed you, but she told me that you were perfectly safe.” He got up and went over to her. “I thought I lost you, my love.” He whispered as he placed his paw on her cheek.

“I got bit?” She placed her hoof on her neck where it was hurting, there was a bandage. “Why did they attack us?”

He just looked at her as tears formed in his eyes. “I’ll tell you later. You just need to rest. The venom isn’t out of your system yet.”

She swallowed hard. “Doxy… why won’t you tell me?”

“Just sleep.” He whispered as he sat back down. “I’ll tell you when you feel better.”

The winged serpent female uncoiled around Silver as she looked at Paradox with unblinking eyes. She had moved away from Silver as she stretched out her wings.

Paradox looked at Silver laying lifeless on the sand, he sank to his knees as he pulled her into his lap. “No… No… Why?” He looked up at the serpent as he growled at her his eyes shadowed with a sudden hatred.

The other serpent flew down and slithered over to the female. “Did do it?” It asked.

“Yesss… but, he is of not gracious.” The one that bit Silver said.

The serpent that broke Paradox’s wing frowned and looked at him with unblinking eyes. “Why are you of not gracious?”rsangrydox

“Gracious for YOU KILLING MY WIFE!?” He yelled as he slowly set Silver on the sand as he stood up. “YOU KILLED HER!” He put his paw on his other paw and rubbed them together. His eyes started to glow a deep blinding blue light. “I’m going to tear wings off of snakes!” He suddenly disappeared and reappeared behind the serpent that bit Silver. He grabbed the serpent’s wing and growled deeply as he snapped the main bone like it was nothing but a mere twig.

The female serpent thrashed and coiled around Paradox’s legs. “AUGGHH!! Sssilass!” She hissed out in agony.

“WAIT!” The serpent that broke Paradox’s wing shouted. “The flying pony is not of the dead state.”

Paradox’s eyes were glowing bright blue as he grasped at the coils that were around his legs. He dug his claws into the coils and was about to rip into the scaly flesh. The tail of the other serpent coiled tightly around his wrist pausing Paradox from tearing into the flesh.

“Calm wrathfulness.” The serpent hissed softly at him as he moved forward and placed odd looking mechanical claws on top of Paradox’s paws.silas

Paradox was breathing heavily as he looked into the serpent’s eyes. His eyes glowing a fiery blue that seemed to drip flames down upon the ground which were his tears of rage and sorrow. “What do you mean… She’s not dead…” He looked at his wife’s body and he started to shake uncontrollably. “She’s my… my one… my only… my… reason for… living… My… My… Silver…” He growled as he lifted his paw, reached out and grabbed the other serpent around the neck. “I’LL KILL YOU!”

“Speaks truth. You mate not dead. Not dead, sleeping. Had parasite to rid of. Only way.” The female was gasping in pain as she tried to explain the situation fast. “No kill my mate.”

He kept tightening his grip on the male serpent. “You broke my wing… bit my wife… all for a parasite? What parasite? What are you talking about?” He was seething with anger, he couldn’t control how he felt and he wanted to kill something bad. He flexed his claws into the female serpent’s tail and into the male serpent’s throat.

“Sssah… Speak truth, is parasite… Parasite pretend to be… something not…” The male gasped as he tried to breath.

Silver’s legs moved slightly and she let out a gasp of breath but still remained unconscious.

“SILVER!” Dox yelled as he immediately let go of both serpents and ran to her side. “Silver… My love… please wake up please…” He pulled her into his lap and started to slowly give her kisses on her brow. “Don’t leave me… I love you.”

Both serpents coiled around one another and they looked over their wounds. The female cautiously approached them. She stopped when Paradox looked up at her again in hatred. “Ssssorry… The parasite… It dead… My venom won’t harm winged pony. Safe but must rest… Rest lotsssss.”

“Screw you.” Paradox growled at her.

The male serpent moved up. “Ssah. Not gracious. He cares much of his mate. Maybe other way of tell truth?”

“How other way?” The female which seemed to be named Sah said. “It best to kill before it manifests. Talking is waste time.”

Paradox looked from one to the other. “What are you two talking about?”

The female looked at Paradox and let out a small sigh. “I will try talk your way.” She dragged her broken wing and seemed to flinch when she moved her coils that he had dug into with his claws. “The parasite is a trick, it buries itself deeply into host… and takes place of natural baby…” She seemed to make a face that was odd for a serpent and she looked at her mate.

The male seemed to have the name of Silas spoke up. “It eats other… and takes place. Only way to rid it is to… poison… if left to manifest… it gruesome… kill host and dig its way out. Not good. Should be gracious that we did what we did.”

“We sssave winged pony. Sssorry it turned thissss way.” Sah whispered softly. “Take mate and keep safe. Keep her safe… Sso safe. Sorry for loss of your unborn, parasite killed it before we discover.” She shook her head.

Paradox pulled Silver against his chest… “I… Can you please leave us?”

“Yesss” Both serpents hissed.

Paradox sat up quickly. “What was that?” He looked around his ears perked up.

She blinked as the sun was in her eyes. “What Doxy?” She put her wing up to shield her eyes. She looked up at him and her eyes widened when she saw something flying straight at them. “Doxy! Look out!”

He looked behind him in time to get grabbed by talons digging into his shoulders near his wings. “Let me go!” The creature pulled him up into the sky swiftly.

“If you insist.” the creature hissed as it twisted its claw. Pain shot through Paradox’s wing and he gasped as the creature let him go. Dox was able to spread out one wing but his other one felt like it was paralyzed. He twisted in mid-air as he fell looking up to see his assailant, a serpent like creature with feathered wings.

Silver looked up into the sky searching for her husband. “Doxy? Doxy?” She was so shocked that he was snatched away from her that she didn’t notice that something was slowly slinking up behind her.

Paradox closed his eyes and disappeared from the sky and reappeared on the ground he reappeared just in time to see a serpent creature wrap coils around Silver. “Silver!” He yelled and started to run towards them.sah

The creature looked at Paradox and blinked in shock. It hissed at Paradox as it held Silver in its coils. “Stay back. Or this mare becomes a beautiful mess.” It bared its fangs long sharp dagger-like needles.

“What? We didn’t do anything; what do you want?” Silver asked with a nervous shake to her voice.

The serpent moved is coils around Silver. “I deal with problem.”

Paradox’s eyes widened. “No. You can’t.”

“It’s not painful.” It hissed then it struck Silver in the neck with its fangs injecting venom into her.

“No!” Paradox screamed and ran to them.

Silver felt strange as she slowly fell to the ground. “Doxy? I don’t feel so well…” She said as she felt everything fade to darkness.

Silver lay out in the sunshine on the beach. She had sunglasses on and a drink beside her. Paradox sat under an umbrella reading a book. The book was upside down as he read it. He always read books upside down and backwards. Something he got from his father.

“How’s the book?” She asked.

He looked up. “Alright. The plot is hard to get into. Mmm plot.” He smiled and his fangs started to grow.

“Doxy, get that thought from your head.” She said as she took her sunglasses off.

“I want to rub my paws over your flanks.” He whispered as he licked his lips and set his book to the side.

“Doxy…” She said warningly. “We’re outside…”

He got on all fours and crouched down as if stalking her. “We’re on a private beach.” He whispered.stalk1She looked around. “I… but…” She got up and kept an eye on him. She stepped back slightly as he put a paw forward.  She saw his devious look and made a slight squeak as she turned and ran.

He jumped up and started to chase her. “I’m going to get you!”

“No!” She squealed and giggled. “Don’t chase me Doxy!”

They ran in the sand, he reached out to grab her and only got her tail and her hair slipped through his fingers. “Play fair Silver, I have to catch you. You know.”

She shook her mane and looked back at him. “You can try, but you have to work harder than that!”

He growled as he quickened his pace. He almost had her when she spread her wings out and took flight. He fell forward into the sand and spit out a mouthful. “Pfft.” He lay back and looked up at her flying around in circles. “You cheat.”

She looked down at him and giggled. “Just doing what comes natural.”

“Yeah…” Paradox mumbled as he stood up. He extended his wings. “Now you’re asking me to bring out the big guns.”

“Promises. Promises.” She said as she hovered above him. He looked down and watched her shadow move around as he flexed his wings he bent his knees and jumped up just as her shadow was in the right place. He snatched her right out of the air as he flew up.

“AH! DOXY!” She squealed as he flew with her in his arms.

He held her tightly against him. “I caught you. You didn’t think I could, but I did.” He chuckled softly.

She giggled and squirmed in his arms. “I guess I was wrong.”

He nodded and nuzzled her mane as he flew up and slowly changed direction. “You’re never wrong. I’m just right this time.”

“Oh?” She said as she pushed him with her hoof.

“Yes.” He said as he looked at her.

She looked back at him and wiggled in his grip. “You’re holding me too tight.” She pouted.

“Oh… Alright…” He slowly loosened his grip on her.

She let in a deep breath and got loose from him, she fell slightly but she regained her composure fast and flapped her wings as he flew above her.

He looked down at her. “I love watching you fly.”

She turned in mid-flight and looked up at him. She flew comfortably upside down. “You’re not too shabby yourself.”

“Oh?” He flapped his wings and flew closer to her.

She nodded as she turned and started to fly back down to the beach. He turned with her still flying he kept grinning as he flew even closer to her. She noticed him flying closer and she glanced up. “Doxy… What are you doing?”

He grinned more showing off his fangs. “This.” He reached down and grabbed her shoulders and pulled her up against him. “Let me fly for us both…”

She felt her heart beat hard and fast as he pulled her against him and she folded her wings up. He held her tightly against him as he put his arms around her. “Uh… Okay… This is a little scary…” She said shakily.

“Trust me.” He whispered as he let out a soft growl. “I am strong enough to hold you.”

She nodded as she looked at the ocean underneath them as he flew around slowly. Her eyes widened as she gasped when he moved his arousal over her folds. “Doxy… In mid-flight?”

He nodded as he held her tighter. “Mm Yes… I want to make love to you while flying.”

“Is that… possible-Ohh Doxy….” She moaned out loudly as he pushed past her folds.

“I believe it is…” He replied as he started to push and pull into her as he flew up into the sky.

“Ah I never imagined… Doxy…” She shook in his arms and he pushed deeper into her as he felt her orgasm flow around him hotly. “AH!!”

“Yes. Oh Silver yes…” He moaned out lustfully. “This is such a free feeling… Oh gods.”

He panted as he put his paw out to hold her steady. “I heard about that experience but wow, I never knew. I hope you enjoyed flying the friendly Doxy.”

She giggled as she slowly lay down on the sand. “I’d love to become a frequent flyer of Doxy airlines.” She lay on her back; her wings spread out under her.

Grinning he joined her on the sand as he snuggled up against her placing his head on her chest. She put her hoof on his mane and pet him. “I hope you allow your Doxy to refuel.” He murmured softly.

“Of course my love.” She whispered as she closed her eyes enjoying the warm weather. She felt sleepy after the sky mating.

He fanned his wings out as he lay against her. Slowly moving them to keep them both from getting too hot under the sun. He drifted off to sleep as he put his paw on her stomach.

Silver’s ear twitched and she opened her eyes to glance around, she saw movement; turning her head to look there was nothing there. She figured it was the trick of the sunlight and the water.

Silver slept soundly on the soft bed. Paradox had found a lovely house that had a private beach and the ocean breeze made her feel relaxed as she slept in. She rolled on the bed and noticed that he wasn’t there, she looked up sleepily and yawned. Sunlight streamed in through the white curtains and the window was open, she heard the sound of the waves hitting the shore.

Paradox was already awake and making breakfast for her. He had made pancakes and walked to the bedroom. “Silver. Time for breakfast.”

She stretched and looked at him. “Good morning Doxy.”

He smiled at her. “I don’t know what I did to deserve you… but it must have been something right.”

“Oh Doxy. I love you.” She said to him as she slowly got out of bed. “What did you make?”

“Just some pancakes.” He answered as he watched her slowly walk past him. He started to growl low under his breath as he looked at her hips.

“I love pan… eek!” She exclaimed as he grabbed her hips and moved up against her.

“Oh Silver…” He moaned out as he pushed into her.

“Ah ohh Doxy…” She shuddered in pleasure.

He thrust into her hard and rough. “Oh… gods yes… I need you so bad.” He huffed.

She moaned out as he pushed into her deeply. “Faster love.”

“Yes. Yes…” He panted as he gripped her shoulders while pounding her.

Her wings quivered as her orgasm flowed around him. “Ah Doxy!”

He growled as he pushed deeply and released into her. “Gods yes.” He moaned out lustfully.

They stood panting for a moment as he slowly pulled from her heat. She looked back at him her face flush. “That was sudden.” She said softly.

“You make me horny.” He confessed.

“I’m alright with that.” She replied. “Now I’m starving for food.”

He grinned. “So am I. Let’s eat.”
