A scroll appeared in front of Discord. He looked at the scroll as it hovered in the air in front of him then it suddenly dropped onto the floor and rolled at the hooves of one of the guards.
“Sir. It seems you received a scroll from Princess Twilight Sparkle.” The guard said.
Discord rolled his eyes. “I’ll read it later.”
“Sir, this is the forth letter you had gotten from her, what if it’s important?” The unicorn guard picked the scroll up with his magic and hovered it in front of Discord.
Discord snatched the scroll from the air, opened it and read it to himself. “Hmm… Interesting.” He snapped his fingers and it burned up. He looked around the throne room. “Every pony… OUT!” He said loudly.
The guards looked up at him in surprise but saluted him as they all left.
He summoned a scroll and wrote a couple words back to Twilight and sent it right away. He sat back on the throne and started to play solitaire in the air above him. Twilight appeared in the throne room and he didn’t look at her as he moved a card in the air to another card. “What do you want Twilight?” He asked her as he continued to play the game. “And why did you want to meet with me in private?”
Twilight stood and watched him as he played a card game but shook her head when she realized that she was there to talk to him. “I have to tell you something important.”
“That is what you said in your letter.” He said as he moved his paw and the cards disappeared. “You have my undivided attention.” He leaned forward and stared at her.
Twilight bit her bottom lip as he stared at her and she started to fidget. “I um… It’s like this… I… um…”
“Twilight, if you wanted to give me a speech, you forgot something really important. You forgotten your note cards and you seem a little disorganized. Are you feeling well?”
She took in a deep breath. “I feel fine. I just wanted to tell you that… I love you for your intelligence.”
His eyebrows went up. “Did you just say you loved me?”
Twilight gulped as she suddenly nodded.
“Is that all you have to tell me?” He sat back.
“Yes, I guess that is all.” She said as she started to blush.
He saw her blush. “You’re not being completely honest with me.”
“Okay, I’m not telling you everything.” She said sternly. “I don’t think it was fair that Luna chose you over me at taking care of Equestria. I am very jealous of you. Just because you have better control of magic than I do doesn’t mean that I am incapable of raising the sun.” She breathed in. “Furthermore, I don’t know why but I have been dreaming about you, you need to stay out of my head, all I do is think about you and it irritates me a lot. It’s not just a dream where we sit and chat either… It’s a very graphic dream that involves physical contact.”
Discord’s eyebrow went up. “Do tell?”
Twilight started to pace back and forth as she started to explain how her dreams involved him and she kept giving odd technical terms for what they did.
“Twilight.” Discord said suddenly, stopping her from talking more. “Just because we did those… Things in your head doesn’t mean we did them, here. Although I fully doubt some of those things are even physically possible. But then again… I am chaotic.”
“I know, but I just cannot get you out of my head and I’m always thinking about you. I don’t know how to make it stop.” She looked down at her hooves.
“What do you expect me to do about it?” He asked.
Twilight looked up at him and felt her chest tighten up. “Nothing?”
“Exactly.” He sat back. “Twilight, I love Fluttershy and I will never do anything that would hurt her or our relationship. I do have a suggestion though.”
“A suggestion?”
He nodded. “Yes, go to Zecora and get your potion to help Celestia. After Celestia takes the first drink come back and see me and I will tell you a secret that will help you.”
